I also see from the posting that these positions are volunteer. Is that the the standard for ARC teams or are most of them as paid positions? I&#39;m not looking for the job but I would think that at this level and the time and dedication it would take to properly run a competitive side in what is supposed to be our highest level of domestic rugby they should be looking to something a little higher. </p>
