How would you manage Rugby Canada&#39;s approximate 4 million dollar budget, is the million dollar payroll too high?</p> <p>Here is my budget</p> <p>-outsource all admin work to India<br /> -Bring back the Pride<br /> -Bring back the Queen&#39;s University Training Facility<br /> Keep the Wales program as well as this maybe beneficial</p> <p>Stadium Mortgage (and office space) mortgage on 4 million<br /> 200,000</p> <p>Salaries<br /> President 75,000<br /> National Team Coach 75,000 x2<br /> U20 Coach 60,000 x2<br /> Secretary x2 75,000<br /> Marketer/Promoter 40,000 plus percentage of gate receipt and merchandise sales</p> <p>Set aside some money to market CDI Premier League as a semi pro league, 150,000 top prize, Set aside $30,000 award for the top rugby volunteer in Canada. </p>
