				<description>&#60;p&#62;While USA are doing many things right since the hiring of Nigel Melville they are still minor league as shown by the quickness of Scott Johnson&#38;#39;s departure. On the field we still beat them a lot than they beat us at all levels and genders. We still start our rugby younger and perform better, see Edmonton as opposed to Charleston. After the fourth of July they thought they had us but we came back in Edmonton and showed them who rules in NA. When it mattered we slaughtered them. Not sure of our all time record aginst them a NSMT but I know it is pretty good and I don&#38;#39;t expect it to change much soon.

				<description>&#60;p&#62;Pretty good article. I agree with many of the points in particular about the lack of marketing for the event. I suspect the reason why the US and Argentina have only one team is that is the way their rugby unions wanted.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I think he missed the point on the format. To me it looks like the IRB are trying to mimic the league structures in Europe where they have domestic leagues and then an international champions league above that. They have also already been talking about adding Mexico and Uruguay for next year.
