    French rugby's top-flight teams will be forced to implement a salary cap for the start of the 2010/11 season.

    The salary cap will be set at £7.1m (approx 13 million Canadian), a figure that still outstrips the current £4m limit imposed on Guinness Premiership clubs in England.
